  • "Services" means notarial acts, document witnessing, loan signing, mobile notary services, electronic notarization, remote online notarization (if offered), courier services, document preparation assistance (limited), consultation, and any other professional services provided by TTaylor Notary Pro.

  • "Document(s)" means any paper or electronic materials presented for notarization, witnessing, or other services.

  1. Scope of Services

  • We provide professional notary and related services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Services are provided only when the notary public or signing agent is authorized by applicable law to perform the requested service.

  • We do not provide legal advice unless explicitly agreed in writing and performed by a licensed attorney. We may provide procedural information about notarization and signing processes, but this is not a substitute for legal counsel.

  1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, online form, or other means we provide.

  • Clients must provide accurate information about parties, documents, identification, and appointment details.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance for standard appointments unless otherwise specified. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee up to the full appointment fee.

  • Mobile and after-hours appointments may be subject to additional fees and tighter cancellation windows as communicated at booking.

  1. Fees, Payments, and Rates

  • Fees for services are those disclosed at the time of booking or as posted by TTaylor Notary Pro. Applicable travel, witness, courier, after-hours, and other surcharges may apply.

  • Payment or Deposit is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, interest, and collection costs.

  • Government-mandated notary fees may be charged in addition to our professional fees where applicable.

  1. Identification and Verification

  • Clients and all signers must present valid, government-issued photographic identification as required by applicable law before notarization.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if identification is not satisfactory, if the signer appears to be under duress or incapacitated, or if the signer’s identity cannot be reasonably verified.

  • For remote online notarizations, identity verification will follow the statutory procedures and technology-enabled identity-proofing methods required by law.

  1. Document Requirements and Preparation

  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct and complete documents for notarization and for knowing what notarization is required.

  • We are not responsible for reviewing, editing, or advising on the legal content, sufficiency, or correctness of documents unless expressly contracted to provide limited nonlegal services.

  • We will not notarize incomplete documents or documents containing blank spaces unless otherwise agreed in writing and lawful.

  1. Refusal and Termination of Service

  • TTaylor Notary Pro may refuse to perform any notarial act or other service when: required identification or information is not provided; the signer does not appear to understand the document or the nature of the act; the signer appears under duress or impairment; the document appears fraudulent, altered, or illegal; compliance with the request would violate law or professional standards; or for any other lawful reason.

  • We reserve the right to terminate a client relationship, refuse service, or remove a client from an appointment for inappropriate conduct, threats, harassment, or failure to comply with instructions or policies.

  1. Recordkeeping and Privacy

  • We will maintain records, journals, or electronic logs of notarial acts as required by law.

  • We collect personal information necessary to provide services (e.g., names, contact information, identification details, document descriptions). We will handle personal data in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable law.
